Graduate of Duke University, PhD. in geophysics, M.S. Geology from West Virginia Univ., and B.S. Geology Eastern Washington Univ. with minor in mathematics.

Professional focus on pre-stack depth imaging and downhole seismic imaging. Obtained registration as a Professional Geologist in four states with specialty licenses in hydrogeology and geophysics.

Awarded 7 patents and with 1 patent application pending.

My latest patent award is:  10,830,919 REAL-TIME MAPPING OF INDUCED FRACTURE GEOMETRY BY RFID NETWORKS. 

However, my favorite patent award is a prior issuance:  United States Patent 9,835,017 as sole inventor: Taylor, December 5, 2017. Seismic monitoring system and method.
